At World Decor Supplies, we aim to make our delivery costs clear before customers place an order.

This shipping policy applies to orders placed through our website for delivery or collection in the United Kingdom.

1. Delivery area

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Some products may only be available for collection from our Nottingham store due to their size, weight, or fragile nature.

2. How delivery costs are calculated

Delivery costs are based on the product type in your basket.

If your order contains multiple products with different delivery rates, only the highest applicable delivery rate will be charged.

For example, if your basket contains a small item with £7 delivery and a fence product with £90 delivery, you will only pay the higher delivery rate of £90.

3. Delivery fees

Our delivery charges are:

Small Item Delivery: £7
Medium Item Delivery: £25
Panel Delivery: £40
Gate Delivery: £50
Outdoor Delivery: £65
Fence Delivery: £90

The correct delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on the products in your basket.

4. Product delivery categories

Small Item Delivery applies to small products such as silicone and similar small accessories.

Medium Item Delivery applies to medium-size products.

Panel Delivery applies to products such as acoustic wood panels, shower panels, and bathroom cladding.

Gate Delivery applies to gate products.

Outdoor Delivery applies to decking and outdoor products.

Fence Delivery applies to fence products.

5. Collection-only products

Some products are collection only and are not available for delivery.

6. Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our Nottingham store.

Once your order is ready for collection, we will contact you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Please do not travel to collect your order until we have confirmed that it is ready.

7. Delivery times

We aim to process orders within 1 to 7 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on product type, order size, delivery location, courier availability, and whether the item is in stock.

Large, heavy, fragile, or pallet-size items may take longer to arrange for delivery.

8. Delivery access

For large or heavy items, please make sure there is suitable access for delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information, including full address, postcode, phone number, and any access restrictions.

If delivery cannot be completed because incorrect information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply.

9. Missed or failed delivery

If a delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect details, or does not give suitable access, a redelivery charge may apply.

We will contact you to arrange the next steps.

10. Damaged items on delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage.
