At World Decor Supplies, we want our customers to be clear about returns, refunds, and exchanges before placing an order.
This policy applies to orders placed through our website for delivery or collection in the United Kingdom.
1. Return period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
2. How to request a return
To request a return, please contact us with your order number, name, contact details, the item you want to return, and the reason for return.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will confirm whether the item is eligible for return and provide the next steps.
Please do not send any goods back before contacting us.
3. Return delivery costs
Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
For large, heavy, fragile, or pallet items, return collection charges may apply. The cost will depend on the size, weight, and location of the return.
4. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue, packaging, and product condition.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.
5. Items that cannot be returned
We cannot accept returns for:
– Items that have been used, installed, cut, modified, or damaged after delivery
– Items not in their original packaging
– Made-to-measure or custom-cut products
– Special order products
– Clearance or final sale products, unless faulty
– Products damaged due to incorrect storage, handling, fitting, or installation
6. Collection-only products
Some products are collection only, including marble sheets and UV sheets.
Collection-only products must be inspected by the customer at the time of collection. Once collected, returns may only be accepted if the item is faulty or not as described.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within a maximum of 3 working days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
8. Exchanges
Where possible, we may offer an exchange or replacement for eligible products.
If the replacement product has a different price or delivery cost, we will confirm this before processing the exchange.
9. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may have additional rights under UK consumer law.
