1. Your Right to Cancel

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original, undamaged packaging
• Returned with proof of purchase

We require clear images of the packaged item before it is returned, showing it fully packaged and undamaged.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email sa***@*******************co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the claim.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Sample products or sample boxes
• Installed, altered, or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse

6. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, items may be returned within 30 days provided they are unused, unopened, and in re-saleable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Where free delivery was applied, the original delivery cost may be deducted from the refund.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

8. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, we will raise a claim with the courier. Once confirmed as lost, a replacement will be issued.

If tracking shows an item as delivered but it has not been received, you must notify us by email within 24 hours.

9. Colour Variations

Natural colour variations are a normal characteristic of some products and are not considered faults. Returns or refunds are not accepted for colour variation alone.

10. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

11. Slatpanel Products

Slatpanel products may only be returned if unopened, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Panels that have been cut, installed, or altered are not eligible for return. Images of packaging must be approved before return.
