:30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We require clear images of the package before it is sent back, showing it in its original packaging and undamaged.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sa***@*******************co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If damage is present or there are any other issues, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. Failure to notify us promptly may result in refusal or an inability to resolve the issue at a later date.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on samples or sample boxes.

Refunds for Change of Mind

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days. Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition, at your own cost, in the original packaging, unopened, with a copy of the invoice.

Please write one of the following on your invoice:

  • Returned for resale (only if in a re-saleable condition)
  • Returned faulty

We do not cover return shipping costs if you no longer want the product, ordered incorrectly, or if there are natural variations such as colour differences or knots in wood products.

If free delivery was offered and the order is rejected or returned due to a change of mind or incorrect ordering, the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Missing Items

If an item is missing, we will raise a claim with the courier immediately. Once confirmed as lost, a replacement will be sent.

If tracking shows the item as delivered but you have not received it, you must notify us within 24 hours by email. If delivery is confirmed, we are unable to issue a refund but will assist where possible.

Colour Variations

Refunds or returns cannot be processed for colour variations within products.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Slatpanel Returns

Slatpanel products may be returned within 30 days of purchase only if they are unopened, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Panels that have been cut, finished, or installed are not eligible for return.

Before returning Slatpanel orders, please email us images of all packages (including both ends and the body of each package) and wait for confirmation. Clearly write your name and order number on the box before shipping.
